We currently deliver throughout greater Glasgow Monday- Friday. Orders placed outwith this time will be delivered the next business day.
I may not be home to receive my delivery.
If there is a chance you may not be home to receive your delivery, please let us know of a safe spot to leave your order. Due to the nature of fresh produce we will always either leave at your doorstep or in your designated safe spot.
I am not happy with my delivery or an item is missing
Although we always strive to select the best produce, sometimes mistakes can be made. In the event you are not happy with your delivery or an item is missing - Please send an email to info@gardenfreshexotics.co.uk. We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes - we have a minimum order amount of £20, however this includes free delivery.
Can you supply my business (office/cafe/restaurant)?
